NummerZehn is a U.S.-based soccer-inspired apparel brand that creates made-to-order products through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Every item is printed and shipped only after an order is placed.

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Production begins once payment is successfully processed.

Because our products are print-on-demand, each item is custom made for you.
We cannot accept cancellations once production has started.

Payment methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely by third-party providers — we never store your full payment details.
 

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on our Site are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Since we operate via print-on-demand, production and fulfillment times vary.
Typical processing time: 2–7 business days.
Shipping time depends on your location and carrier.

We ship through third-party carriers and provide tracking whenever possible. NummerZehn is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
 

6. Returns and Exchanges

Because each product is custom printed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@nummerzehn.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will gladly replace or refund eligible items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to NummerZehn.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any material from this Site without our prior written consent.
 

8. User Content
